At the world short course in rio swam 50 free got gold and a new world record, 100 IM got bronze, relay got bronze swimming the 100 free tonight (4/12/09) and 50 fly tomorrow (5/12/09)
I have just been to the European Championships in Reykjavik Iceland where I won GOLD in 50 Free, 50 Fly, 100 Free and 4 X 100 relay and SILVER in 200 IM.
I'm now busy training for the World Short course in Rio.
Even though I was injured I still managed to crown the Carnival Queen, Princess and Rosebud at Marple Carnival

On the 2nd June I went down down to Buckingham Palace to be awarded my MBE for Services to Disability sport, I was very lucky to recive it from The Queen.
I have been awarded a lifetime membership of Marple Golf Club (MGC).
On Thursday I swam in the 50m freestyle at the British Champs' and came 2nd with a time of 28.74 seconds.
On Friday I'm doing 50m fly and hoping to break the british and european record that i hold, I'm very hopeful.
I will be swimming at British Champs 19th and 20th March in Sheffield hope to break more records!!
